ZillowVERIFIED Rob was amazing. We moved our family from CT to Greenville County... having no knowledge of the area and Rob was such an integral part of our process. 5 stars is not enough. Rob gave us great tips on how to begin, and then was more than happy to answer all of my questions!! (and I had a lot!) My husband had one week to come down and find us a house - Rob was more than willing to show him a bunch of houses every.single.day that week! We really appreciate Robs time and hard work helping us find a house, and also presenting the offer / how he worked with the seller was flawless. Thank you so much Rob. We absolutely love our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was very helpful in the home buying process and knew exactly when to step in. He helped dial in the search with analysis of the area and potential growth as well as buying hazards like avoiding flood planes. Throughout the process he was always very quick to respond through any medium of text, call, or email.

ZillowVERIFIED We were buying a property in a location we did not know very well, and Rob and his team made the process easy. He answered any questions we had and was always available to us for last minute worries. He and his team made the closing process run very smoothly even though we had to participate remotely. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for property in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED Wishing I can put more than 5 stars in all categories. Rob is a fantastic (numerous positive adjectives belong here too)realtor, in my opinion he goes beyond most realtors!! I will never need to find another realtor... i will partner up w him on any real estate I am involved in. Ms. Sarrin (his wife) is just as fantastic, such a fabulous team. If I hear any conversation of real estate I will be 100% pushing to use Warfield & Co... should you also choose them... I promise you will be as pleased as I.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob is hands down the best realtor in the area. He takes his time to get to know what you like and then prescreens available houses to find ones we would like, saving us a huge amount of time. When we decided to have one built by a developer, Rob was there every step of the way, even helping us negotiate the best price with the builder. When we had problems with the builder over mistakes in the design or with contract issues, Rob was right there to negotiate a quick resolution that worked in our favor each time. Rob has a keen sense for details and knows when he needs to step in to resolve issues, day or night. Rob attended every single meeting and inspection with the builder to ask all questions we didn't know to ask. Rob checked their work to ensure it was correct, and accompanied us to our closing with a list of items he found that needed to be corrected. We have bought 12 homes in our lifetime. Rob's professionalism, attention to detail, and committed service made this home purchase the smoothest and most stress free we have ever had. Take it from me, you will not be disappointed by choosing Rob and his team for your next home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was great throughout the entire buying process. He was very helpful in helping us think through the cost of different structural and cosmetic changes we would make to our new home when we were considering purchasing. And, then, he was helpful in recommending people for each thing once we did buy! Will be recommending to family (my parents are already interested in working with Rob!) and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob made every step of our sale completely seamless! From helping us to navigate our HOA, understanding comps and helping us to price just right, staging our home beautifully, arranging for the perfect photos... to the littlest details like making sure all our lightbulbs were fresh and our dog didnt go crazy during showings. I could not have asked for a better realtor or friend. And we had 3 offers within 72 hours! Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob Warfield and team are definitely the people to choose for your real estate agent. I first called him on a Sunday morning to see a property, he met us ASAP (around 1:00, after church). He treated us like friends right from the first encounter. He helped us with the pre-approval, connected us with wonderful finance options. We never felt pressured, his expertise made things go very smooth for us. Rob Warfield goes beyond selling and purchase of a home. He is so connected you will feel like family. He shares his knowledge of the upstate as well, ensuring comfort of the surrounding area of your new home. Buying or selling, Rob Warfield of Keller Williams, are experts and a #5 Star.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was a fantastic agent to have on our side! He was always available for questions, responded quickly to texts and emails, advocated for us during negotiations and handled the transaction smoothly in a professional manner from beginning to end. There are not enough positive adjectives I can come up with to describe Rob; diligent, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and patient just to name a few. Rob truly has my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home while living in Upstate NY should have been nerve racking. Instead it was the smoothest, most efficient, andbest purchase we ever had. We have been involved in 6 other real estate transactions in our former area. Nothing compared to the transaction that was guided by Rob.His expertise of the Real Estate market, financing, and closing our home made us feel as though we had a son in Real Estate. He found us our perfect home and negotiated so beautifully that we were sad when it was done.We are recommending him to all our friend that are planning on purchasing a home in this beautiful area. There is no one we have ever met in our life experiences that can hold a torch to Rob.
