ZillowVERIFIEDBrenton, helped my husband and I find our first home in SC, he was WONDERFUL! From the get go Brenton, was very enthusiastic, he promptly responded to all texts, phone calls and emails. Whatever crazy list of houses we wanted to see he was ready to go make it happen. Brenton was very knowledgeable and walked us through every question or issue we were having. When something came up that needed clarification he was also wonderful at utilizing an extensive network of contacts / experts. We felt that Brenton, was committed to helping us find our perfect place and he was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. I highly, highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first-time buyers. The whole house-buying process was frightening and confusing for us. Brenton was consistently upbeat, reassuring, helpful and pleasant and always took the time to explain things. He was easy to keep in contact with. He replied to texts and voice mails right away. Brenton worked hard to make sure we got the house we wanted for the best price and that the house was in good condition. Brenton is a very energetic person and is a very hard worker. We enjoyed our association with him. We have no regrets. You will not go wrong having Brenton Seifert as your real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Very friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with and understood our wants/needs. Because we came from Ohio to view land properties, he was always ready to accommodate our arrival time and understood our length of stay limitations.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenton was by far the right realtor to help our family find our new house in the Greenville/Simpsonville Area. Moving from Texas to South Carolina can be very stressful, but Brenton kept in constant contact with us and was always very quick to respond. While in SC for a week to house hunt, Brenton showed us everything that we wanted to see and more! He never once rushed us through a house and was very knowledgeable about each listing. When we wanted to see a listing sooner than later, he was able to make that happen and it ended up being the perfect house for our family. I'd recommend Brenton to anyone looking to buy or sell. He'll work hard for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Brenton is very professional and knowledgeable. He was very quick to respond to all of my real estate needs. We visited several properties and he quickly understood what I was looking for. I finally decided on an auction home and he worked with me throughout the process. We had a trying time throughout the closing process due to a lack of information and responses provided. However, Brenton diligently worked with ALL of the sellers team to get answers to all of the issues. I would DEFINITELY use Brenton again for any real estate needs I may have and highly recommend him to others. Thank you Brenton or the great job you did and all of your support.

ZillowVERIFIED Besides being a generally congenial person, Brenton was thorough, prompt and knowledgeable. After showing us a variety of homes and getting a feel for what my husband and I are like and what our needs were, he zeroed in on specific properties that reflected what we wanted. The home we eventually bought was just perfect in size, location and personality. Brenton has a real talent for understanding and reading people. It was so pleasing, knowing that he cared so much to get us just the right house. He made it all about us! We now think of him as a friend and miss seeing him regularly. He will always be our realtor and we would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED It's not very often that you feel like you have put your trust in the right individual but Brenton Seifert turned out to be that kind of person. From the showing to the closing I felt he was right there working for me. Anytime I had a question or needed advice , even late at night , he would answer.I can't imagine what anyone could do to make the buying process any easier but Brenton Seifert would certainly do it if he could.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenton did a great job of relaying all of my concerns and requests to the seller when we had to renegotiate the contract with the sellers. When he was unable to answer my calls/emails immediately, I always had a call back within an hour. From the start I felt Brenton was dedicated to me as the buyer to get the purchase done with my interests as his priority. I look forward to working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in search of an investment property and Brenton was there for us whenever we wanted to see one. He set up some targeted searches online to show us listings as they came up immediately so that in this hot market, we could be one of the first showings. He was excellent to work with and we highly recommend him as a Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked with Brenton for a couple of months on finding the right house for us, which wasn't easy with our situation. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and always returned calls or answered questions in a timely manner. Before I started working with Brenton, we looked at a couple of houses being sold by other companies, some big ones in the area, and they were disorganized, were slow to get back, it sometimes took days, and honestly weren't very friendly. Luckily we landed with a good company, that obviously trains their employees and has higher standards. I would definitely recommend Brenton to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brenton recently assisted my wife and I in finding a home in the upstate. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to help us. Brenton handled all negotiations promptly and efficiently. He helped us coordinate multiple viewings and once we picked our home, he was quick engaging with contractors and professionals to finalize everything we needed. I would recommend Brenton to anyone looking for a realtor who acts on your best interest. He gets the job done and seeks to fully understand the needs of his clients. Great guy to know!
