ZillowVERIFIEDAndy is absolutely incredible!!! Best Agent we've ever worked with hands down. He has the all-to-rare combination of being prompt, hardworking and amazingly supportive, while also maintaining an easy going style, which we especially appreciate (as opposed to wanna be "HGTV" style agents, who are over the top, etc.). We would work with Andy again in a heartbeat and recommend him to any and all!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Andy randomly and I'm so glad I did! Andy did a fantastic job, from the beginning to the end, helping me find my home! He scheduled me to see 5 houses in 1 day, and our day ended making an offer! Andy printed information about each listing which was very helpful while viewing each home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive and got me to the closing table within a week and a half! The lender he works with is also wonderful, I'm glad I took his advice. I definitely recommend using Andy as your realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED Andy was great! He was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate this crazy market. Since we were moving from across the country, his expertise in the area really made the difference in finding our great new home. We have already recommended him to family and friends looking to move to the same area. Would give more than 5 stars if it were an option! Josh E.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy was a huge help to me throughout the entire process of buying a home. Im a first time home buyer and he made every step comfortable and smooth for me. Both Andy and his wife Joyce were there for me and ensured I was able to view properties promptly. Andy is super knowledgable and not only had a reliable set of extra eyes but he had an expansive set of resources for me to utilize during the whole process. Thank you for your hard work and for being my parents when mine could not be with me!

ZillowVERIFIED I believe Andy Valalik with Keller Williams may be the best realtor in the Greenville and surrounding areas. We contacted him to help us find our retirement home from a long distance being from the Denver Colorado area. He provided daily updates of homes as they came on the market from which we chose the perfect home in Anderson. And his service didnt stop there. He conducted a face time walkthrough pointing out strong points as well as some minor repairs needed and then ordered the inspections, documented the repairs, and walked us through a painless closing. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. Youll be making a mistake if you dont employ him and Keller Williams to help you with your house hunting. Ben T

ZillowVERIFIED Andy made the process of buying a home for the first time easy as can be! He compiled numerous listings tailored to our preferences on his easy-to-use website, was incredibly responsive, and even did a virtual showing for us the morning our house-to-be went on the market at short notice! From walking us through the offer process to preparing us for closing with weekly check-ins, I cant recommend him enough! Thank you Andy for the wonderful experience that let us to be first time homeowners!

ZillowVERIFIED My first time buying a house in Greenville area and I found Andy to be available, punctual, and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process all the way through closing and I have no regrets choosing him as my realtor. Professional yet friendly. Providing relevant information and advice yet not going on excessively. I will be calling on Andy for future realtor needs in the Carolinas. Craig H

ZillowVERIFIED We moved here from the Chicagoland area so we required quite a lot of guidance and assistance in getting around and becoming familiar with the area. Andy went above and beyond providing that assistance. And on top of the wide range of area and homes we looked at, Andy helped us through 3 different offers on 3 different homes without skipping a beat. All the while helping me adjust from my Chicagoland perception of how to look at the housing market here in the Greenville area. Also during each trip we made down here, looking at close to a dozen homes spanning across the entire upstate area, Joyce graciously and patiently escorted us around as if we were the only clients that mattered to her at that time. Even after a couple of deals fell through, she never once became frustrated or agitated. She was a true professional and a pleasure to be with during a fun yet stressful process. Id recommend the Valalik team to anyone looking for a patient, understanding and professional pair of realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information for us as first time home buyers. We had issues with aquiring a carpet allowance that was agreed upon in the offer during closing and they went above and beyond to ensure we got it.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with both Andy and his wonderful wife, Joyce. They are amazing! I was not their only client but they always made me feel like I was and that the only concern they had was to find me and my family the perfect home. They did just that. This journey was not easy in the slightest, but Andy and Joyce were always so understanding, supportive, and encouraging to just keep pushing through the hard times and unforeseen circumstances. I miss seeing them on the regular already and would gladly welcome them in as family.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy is an excellent realtor. Very attentive to what we were looking for in a house. Did not push us into more than what we were looking for financially.

ZillowVERIFIED Andy helped us purchase a property while we were out of town. It was a foreclosure and we had to make a decision based on photos of the property and his walk-thru with another family member. We trusted his experience and abilities and he negotiated a great deal for us.
