Our forever Florida Home. From the minute she got out of her car, there was an instant bond between us. She was referred to us by a friend and we found out Melissa was from our hometown in Pasadena, MD which made it even more special. Nothing like a hometown girl! She was so friendly and helpful and even added homes to see on our short time in Florida. We were only there for 3 days and she made sure we saw every house we chose from top to bottom. She is very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of every home and if she didnt have the answer she was on her phone getting it. She was impressive to us. My husband had to fly back down a second time and Melissa was right there for him and jammed packed houses for him to see. I was home recovering from surgery in Maryland but she FaceTimed me so I could see the houses and kept me in the loop. I cannot say enough about her and when we decided on our forever retirement home, Melissa went above and beyond to get the deal done for us. When you answer your texts at 11pm thats a realtor who cares about her clients! She was very professional, courteous and above all really listened to what we wanted in our Florida home. Danny did an excellent job from preparation to the closing of the sale of our house. We met and discussed what items to do to the house to make it presentable. From there we developed a timeline on when to sell and what range price the house would be marketed at. Danny used his expertise to get a sale and followed through with the closing. I highly recommend Danny and the rest of the company.
