ZillowVERIFIED Let me first say that as an end result we are overjoyed to now be homeowners! I will say that the process was trying at times; yet our lender's were great! The agent from Sam Boone kept us informed of events, the only small "let-down" was that at the end we were told it was usually customary for the agent to provide you with a gift of some sorts, & possibly take pics; well, we didn't get a gift at all, and the only pic was the one that we requested. Overall other than this we had no complaints with the Sam Boone team; again keeping us informed was most helpful, and handling a peculiar situation as well. A good real estate team to have.

First and foremost, she knows the market in the area she covers, I am talking about almost down to the dollar. Her knowledge and market analyst is very very impressive and on point.2.
