ZillowVERIFIED Upon our first meeting with Vince, we knew he was going to be the realtor we wanted to help us sell our home. He was very organized, thoughtful, and had a very extensive marketing plan to help us sell our home. In addition, he had contractors at our disposal that were preapproved by him to help us make any necessary repairs before showing the home and some repairs the buyers of our home requested. We sold our home very quickly upon being listed in about two weeks (I actually think it was less than that...maybe ten days or so). The process from offer to settlement was very smooth. Email and phone communication between Vince and me and my husband was very responsive. Vince knew the area in which our house was being sold, so our house was marketed in a way that showcased all of the neighborhood's amenities. I highly recommend Vince and would recommend him to friends and family as well if you ever need to sell your home!
