It was obvious she was experienced, willing to put in the effort, knew the community, and had the marketing skills to effectively sell our house. We were impressed and decided on the spot to have her as our agent with no further need to interview anyone else. In addition to the comps, she also had a checklist for getting the home photo-ready and a list of contractors/vendors for corrective actions. We were pleasantly surprised that we received an offer in less than 24 hours at full asking price, which we accepted. There were also other potential buyers scheduled for the following two days. Jennifer and her team (photographer) did a phenomenal job of presenting our home. Jen even went so far to help us gather bids and negotiate a lower price from the septic companies and walk us through the application for a grant for the construction, too. When my last parent passed away in early October, as the new Trustee, I had to sell my parents home. I went to Zillow and all the other local Annapolis area sources and researched which agents had a superior marketing skill set. I picked 3 agents to interview.
