Al'Lea was amazing helping us sell our house for us to move to North Carolina. Other houses had been on the market in our neighborhood for over 30 days and she was able to help us get under contract before that mark. She was amazing in providing knowledge and being honest with us throughout the whole process. Would completely recommend to everyone!

Any tenants looking to rent from this property management should second guess that decision. Eric Sanchez has shown his lack of care for tenants from allowing untreated termites to lying on the move out statement to withhold peoples deposit. Erics website requires you to email him monthly to make an electronic payment or pay a late fee for payment systems that dont work. Auto payments are his answer, not all people want you to auto draft from their accts when your system is severely flawed. Eric stated that there is a return box to return keys upon move out, but even though I arrived 2 days before my last day to return keys, during business hours as well, there was no drop box key. Eric withheld over $200 from me for rent and misc items that are marked up over 1000%. Do yourself the favor and NEVER rent from this company
