Over the years, she's allowed us to ask her real estate questions and has helped guide us, even when we purchased a home in another state! She was a mentor, an advisor, provided many a reality check, and helped us keep our eyes on the best possible decisions for home concerns. She remained available to us, despite the years of financial difficulties we experienced, and even though she knew we were not able to buy a home. So, finally, all these years later, when we were finally able to buy a home, there was never a question of who would represent us. And I will tell you, you need to be represented, even when buying a new construction home as we did. Please know that we were not inexperienced with real estate agents. The home she just helped us find is the ninth we've purchased. However, not one of the agents we ever used in the past can compare to Al'Lea. It took us over 4 months of intensive searching (we have very particular wants and needs) to find the best option, but she was there for us every step. She was meticulous in her support, and guided us away from making some pretty bad decisions! However, at the end, we couldn't be happier, and most importantly, because we've been blessed to know her. ZillowVERIFIED After 23 years in our current home we decided that it was time to downsize. AlLea Zamora was recommended to us as a fantastic realtor. We gave AlLea a call and she talked us thru some dos and donts of finding a new home. We let her know what we were looking for and she sent us many homes that fit our criteria and in the location that we were interested in. Most of the homes had been on the market only a day or so. AlLea was extremely responsive when we called to take a tour of potential homes. We have owned a few homes but all have been new builds. This time we decided to purchase a home a few years old. Not knowing what to look at when viewing aEURoesomeone elses home" AlLea guided the home tour with ease and pointed out all the positive and negative features of each home. Reminding us that the structure, quality of cabinets, floors etc is what we are interested in and paint and dA(C)cor is temporary. This past year I decided to sell a problem lot that I had purchased earlier and paid too much for. I knew I was going to lose money, but Al'Lea counseled me to raise the price when I listed it and I was able to sell it for more. I left town before the scheduled closing date and while I was on the road to my new destination, the buyers agent said some of the items on the BINSR were not acceptable. I was gone and there was nothing I could do except throw money at the problem by way of credits to the buyer. Al'Lea recognized that the buyers agent was asking for inflated charges to fix the issues so she hired a handyman to get the job done at half the price. I'm sure she ended up spending a good part of her day at my empty house to allow the handyman in and check his work. She saved me quite a bit of money, not to mention the aggrevation and stress. It pays to hire an agent with 30 plus years experience and Al'Lea Zamora would be an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
