David Bick

I have lived in Arizona for more than 20 years and I am a full time agent serving the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. As a retired U.S Marine Officer and jet pilot I bring the same level of dedication and hard working approach to the Real Estate business, and I am committed to providing each client with the highest degree of excellence and integrity in every aspect of the transaction.

My goal is to ensure that the sale or purchase of your home is a smooth and profitable transaction. To that end I promise my clients the following:

1. That I will ALWAYS tell you the truth regarding the market and pricing properties.

2. That I will be an expert in the marketplace by studying the market statistics every day.

3. That I will proactively market your property and aggressively look for sellers and buyers for my listings 2-3 hours every day.

4. That I will provide strong customer service and communication.

5. That I will follow a proven plan of action to get your home sold in the least amount of time for the most amount of money.

6. That I will negotiate the best price for your home.

7. That I will constantly improve my skills and the services that I provide to my clients by continued professional education and coaching.

It is important that you have total confidence in your Real Estate agent and I know you have many choices. If you are selling your home or looking to buy I would simply ask for the opportunity to discuss why you should select me as your REALTOR.
