Our house was on the market for less than 20 days and sold for 1.3% below ask. Can I also say that their team recommended a price that was nearly 10% higher than another recommended price. Not only is Raquel absolutely great at her job and a fantastic people-person, her team is equally good. Pending the timeline of the process, there is a dedicated individual to guide you through the process. As a Canadian not living in the home during the process and 1,500 miles away, we could not have been more thrilled with result.
