Mrs. Katty is an amazing person all around. She has helped me and my wife find the perfect home. She has gone out of her way to help me deal with me and my military pickiness when it came to looking at homes in the area and knew right away what felt like home to me. Katty has traveled all over the county meeting us at multiple houses no matter the time of day. We will always pick her no matter what in the future.

We first met Mira Gregory and Lee Rosales when they helped us buy our home in Washington. A couple of years later, life took us in a completely different direction and we needed to move our family from Washington to Arizona. There was no question who we trusted to help us sell that same home. The sale wasnt an easy one. Our house took much longer to sell than any of us hoped, due to the market and circumstances outside of anyones control. But what I will remember most is that Mira and Lee never made us feel like we were navigating it alone. They worked incredibly hard for our family throughout the entire process. They helped coordinate contractors whenever something needed to be taken care of, kept communication open, helped us problem-solve from another state, and even stepped in to help us pack when we needed it. That goes so far beyond what you expect from a Realtor. They didnt just help us buy and sell a house. They showed up for our family through two major transitions in our lives, and they continued showing up even when the second one became long and complicated. If you are looking for Realtors who will work hard, communicate with you, find solutions when things get difficult, and genuinely care about the people behind the transaction, I cannot recommend Mira and Lee enough. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our family.

We purchased from out of state. Our communication was excellent, we always knew where we were in the process. Katy showed the property to my daughter and answered our questions in a timely manner.

Will was exactly what I needed: calm, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. All in all, he was super fantastic! I loved that he enjoyed bringing data into the conversation and was prepared at every step. We needed someone who knew the market and our place in it and was willing to push when pushing was required, while offering compassion and understanding when possible. Great experience!

Katty is amazing! We had a pretty specific purchase idea in mind when we started working with her, and she helped us realize that there were other options that may work better for our financial situation. She showed us plenty of homes in a variety of locations in and around Bellingham, and we ended up purchasing a condo in Blaine in 2025.
