Through her, we got a feel for Bellingham's neighborhoods and the market here. When we happened upon a house with the potential to be our family's forever home, Brianna was on it. We got our forever home and property for under asking, and Brianna's recommendation to use Umpqua Bank got us in with a great local lender we otherwise might not have discovered. I cannot overstate how good she was during the negotiation phase; she ensured we got a fair price from sellers who were holding out hope that the former market would return. Throughout our journey, Brianna was helpful, timely, and knowledgeable about the quirks and considerations of the houses we toured. She tried different options based on our guidelines, paid close attention to our feedback, and never suggested a house similar to one we previously disliked. Even though we were an uncertain bet, we never felt like a lower priority. If you are new to town and want to thoroughly understand the area without feeling pressure to just bid on houses, Brianna is a great choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Brianna was great to us through out the whole process. She had our offer sent within a few hours of us viewing our future home and she worked till late that night to get it finalized. She answered all of our questions very quickly and made herself available to take care of any thing that came up during the closing process. When an issue came up during our home inspection she even spent half a day calling around and doing research as to how to get it fixed!

ZillowVERIFIED Couldnt have asked for a better experience! My fiancA(C)e and I were pretty nervous about buying our first house, especially in Bellinghams intense market. Brianna was knowledgeable, patient, smart and enjoyable to work with. We had a lot of tough competition, but with Briannas help we were about to find a home we loved and even got it under asking price which is almost impossible in Bellingham these days (at the time a lot of homes were going for 30-40K above asking). Brianna is the type of realtor who doesnt just want you to find any house, she wants you to find a home that you will love and that passion showed throughout the process. We never once felt rushed or pressured and instead knew that she was there to help guide us as we made the best decision for us and our future family. I found her to be knowledgeable of the market and always did background research for us on homes we liked to help determine the best offer to put in. I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Looked at numerous homes with Brianna Robbins. She had a very nice way of allowing us to look at homes that we wanted to, along with making recommendations when we asked. Not pushy, just attentive without being intrusive. Brianna Robbins found answers to our questions if she didn't know them, as well as having most answers we had. She was available when we wanted to look at other homes, and worked quite hard for us. I'd recommend her as a real estate agent whether you are buying or selling!
