A couple of years later, life took us in a completely different direction and we needed to move our family from Washington to Arizona. There was no question who we trusted to help us sell that same home. The sale wasnt an easy one. Our house took much longer to sell than any of us hoped, due to the market and circumstances outside of anyones control. But what I will remember most is that Mira and Lee never made us feel like we were navigating it alone. They worked incredibly hard for our family throughout the entire process. They helped coordinate contractors whenever something needed to be taken care of, kept communication open, helped us problem-solve from another state, and even stepped in to help us pack when we needed it. That goes so far beyond what you expect from a Realtor. They didnt just help us buy and sell a house. They showed up for our family through two major transitions in our lives, and they continued showing up even when the second one became long and complicated. If you are looking for Realtors who will work hard, communicate with you, find solutions when things get difficult, and genuinely care about the people behind the transaction, I cannot recommend Mira and Lee enough. Review I worked with Lee Rosales to find a home in Bellingham during the crazy seller's market of 2024. Since I was coming from the Chicago area, I did not have any idea what area/neighborhood would be the right fit for me, having only visited a couple of times. First, Lee provided a wealth of information explaining the feel of all the different neighborhoods and what they offered. Next, she helped me narrow down my preferences, then took me on several tours around the entire area, from Ferndale down to Glenhaven, trying to find a home/property that would resonate with my values and personality. She was SO patient and easy to work with! She came to know what I would or would not like in a home/property/location from her extensive experience with the Bellingham area and could immediately tell me yes or no based on that experience. A month later she found the exact right fit for me, said "this is it", and asked me to fly the next morning so we could be the first buyers to walk through the home and make an offer that day! Her instincts were correct, as was the offer she drew up. The sellers accepted that night, and I am now in the perfect home. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly from beginning to end. Lee handled everything and was always available for questions. Working with Lee made my cross country move to a completely new area smooth and stress free! I highly recommend her!

We were nervous due to the number of homebuying horror stories we'd heard from friends during the pandemic, but working with her made what could have been a terrifying process incredibly smooth. It was like having our own personal librarian, lawyer, and therapist to walk us through every step of the way. She carefully listened to us and found us perfect properties to tour, was so patient with all our concerns and indecision, connected us with fantastic mortgage and home inspection folks, kept us up to date, and was incredibly responsive to answer all our questions and help us make the best, most informed decision we could. While searching for homes, Lee wanted to know what we both liked and what we didnt, and we got the feeling she was trying to find us a home we both loved rather than pushing anything on us. Lee made herself available as much as humanly possible, and worked incredibly hard to help us put together an offer on a house that we really wanted in the few hours before she had a pre-planned vacation. We are happy with our home. As I'm sure happens with any home purchase, there are things needed to be fixed and/or modified. Lee has gone out of her way to help us get the builders to honor their warranty regarding several issues. We would absolutely recommend Lee to anyone, and would like to work with her again in the future, if we werent planning on staying in our new home for a very long time :)

As an out-of-state owner, I needed help selling an investment property (single family home) I had in Bellingham, WA. After doing a ton of research, I asked Lee Rosales to represent me in the sale; and WOW, what an absolutely amazing job she did! The timing of the sale was unavoidably bad (end of year, with Holidays and weather; in the midst of dramatic interest rate climbs, and at a ridiculously challenging time in my life); yet at every step, she leveraged her expertise, time, and creativity to make the sale possible. To say that Lee went above and beyond to help me sell my house would be a complete understatement. Throughout the entire process which took about 4 months, Lee leaned forward to help me get the house ready to show, including finding vendors to complete the many repair/improvement projects and even doing some of the work herself, coordinating with my former property manager, staging the house; and ultimately finding a buyer, including implementing creative ways to get buyers in the door, hosting countless showings and open houses, consulting with her many industry partners to help us anticipate the market and find buyers, and so much more. She went out of her way to keep me on track with deadlines and action items, and even helped me complete a few of the action items. Review Lee did an incredible job selling our home in Ferndale, WA. Her services went above and beyond anything I've experienced with previous agents. When we decided to list, Lee was quick to respond and stayed in contact with us through the whole process. She put together a comprehensive list of information for us and helped us explore how to get the most bang for our buck prior to listing. Since my husband and I were moving 2 hours South, we weren't able to coordinate with the painters and landscapers to get the home, "listing" ready. But that was no problem because Lee took care of it all! All she asked is that we set a budget and she took care of the rest. Truly incredible service! She booked landscapers, photographers, cleaners and painters. When the painters wanted to charge us more than we had budgeted, Lee actually came in and finished the painting herself! You legitimately will not find a more dedicated, honest or reliable selling agent out there. Lee helped us hone in on what the most cost effective improvements we could make would be. And she nailed it! For around $1500 we made some cosmetic improvements in the week prior to listing that made the house GLOW! And it paid off to boot! We received an offer at asking on DAY TWO of the listing being live. Lee helped us negotiate and we wound up countering with 10k over asking and a pass/fail 5 day inspection to compensate for pulling the home off the market so quick. And they took the counter! The rest of the process was a breeze and we were closed within 30 days. Lee stayed in contact with us through the whole process and ensured that we had the best offer we could get. For reference, multiple comparable homes in our neighborhood with more square footage had been listed and sat with little interest for weeks in the same time frame. We had multiple people reach out to us when our house went off the market so fast to ask, "What's your secret??" Good advice, a great agent and a little elbow grease. I'd recommend Lee to anyone looking for a bold agent willing to go that extra mile. And if she tells you it'll be worth it, it will! She has great style, energy and genuine enthusiasm for getting her clients the best deal on the market.

She was persistent (for about a year), honest, and walked me through the process very professionally. It was challenging but she kept my spirits up and we had some laughs (like the place where we were chatting in the kitchen and it was raining and it started dripping on my head). She hung in there. She also has a great reputation. Any time I was asked who I was working with and I named her, the response was always, "Oh, she's one of the best". We were in the initial phases of thinking about making a home purchase. Lee really got to know us by asking the right questions. After a few short conversations she knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Lee joined us for several showings and dialed in on houses that matched our desires. Within weeks our email was filled with perfect listings. Lee kept the information flowing to us without being overbearing. It made the whole process transparent and enjoyable. Once we decided on our new home, Lee held our hand through the entire process.
