Colleen Thorsen

As a REALTORA(R) serving Bellingham, Whatcom County, and the greater Pacific Northwest, I specialize in helping homeowners and buyers navigate major life transitions with confidence. Whether you're downsizing after decades in a family home, relocating to the area, searching for a lifestyle property, or planning your next chapter, I provide thoughtful guidance and a low-stress approach every step of the way.

I work closely with 50+ homeowners, relocators, downsizers, second-home buyers, and clients seeking a better quality of life near the water, mountains, and outdoor recreation the Pacific Northwest is known for. From single-level living and low-maintenance homes to waterfront properties and lifestyle-focused communities, I help clients evaluate not just the home - but how they want to live.

Clients describe me as responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My approach is grounded in communication, patience, strategic marketing, and strong local insight to help buyers and sellers feel informed and supported throughout the process.

With experience throughout Whatcom County, Snohomish County, and Island County, I provide guidance on neighborhood lifestyle, market trends, long-term value, strategic pricing, and thoughtful marketing designed to help sellers maximize their home's value.

Whether you're moving across town or across the country, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
