This was the worst experience ever! I thought about not doing this review, but thought it was only fair to other prospective buyers/sellers that I do tell the truth. Kendall was never responsive, did very little marketing, and wouldnt even schedule an open house or brokers open until months into the process. I saw Kendall the day we signed the paperwork to use her, but never again. She let contractors/potential buyers in and out of our house (after we had already moved out) at their own leisure. She was not informative, did not go over the contract with us, was unreliable, and even told us we were all set after the inspection (which turned out to be untrue). My understanding from others in the community is that she was a very reliable and dedicated Realtor,however this was not my experience. If you are looking for someone who is going to give you feedback and keep you updated, go with someone else.
