Even when I would text her late at night. We put in an offer on one house but there were some things that came out during the inspection we weren't comfortable with. Kendall negotiated back and forth on our behalf and when we decided to back out took care of everything for us. Throughout the entire home buying process Kendall walked us through what our next steps would be. She gave advice on everything which I really appreciated because I had no idea what I was doing! When we finally did find our home, Kendall worked quickly to get our offer in and told me everything I needed to do. We were originally referred to Kendall through USAA's (our bank) home buying process.Kendall's understanding of the local housing marking, the variability in interest rates (we were purchasing during a small spike in rates), and tactics in making a successful offer landed us in a wonderful home at a very comfortable price. Our house hunting process spanned several months and throughout the process Kendall never pressured us to close on a home we weren't fully satisfied with. She actually did the opposite! She stopped us a couple of times from making an offer on home we would have essentially been 'settling' on. How many people can say their realtor told them not to make an offer?She encouraged us to investigate as many home as we wanted, accommodated our schedule, and was always a pleasure to work with. Communications were regular and very open and even during a vacation period, she set us up with another realtor to accommodate showings in her absence. I would highly recommend Kendall to anyone asking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIEDThis was the worst experience ever! I thought about not doing this review, but thought it was only fair to other prospective buyers/sellers that I do tell the truth. Kendall was never responsive, did very little marketing, and wouldnt even schedule an open house or brokers open until months into the process. I saw Kendall the day we signed the paperwork to use her, but never again. She let contractors/potential buyers in and out of our house (after we had already moved out) at their own leisure. She was not informative, did not go over the contract with us, was unreliable, and even told us we were all set after the inspection (which turned out to be untrue). My understanding from others in the community is that she was a very reliable and dedicated Realtor,however this was not my experience. If you are looking for someone who is going to give you feedback and keep you updated, go with someone else.
