April was wonderful in many ways , she knew tons on the area and actually ended up setting us up with a wonderful broker who got us more money approved at a lower rate!! We wanted land which means we had HOURS of driving between each house and she did that with no issues! She also had amazing knowledge on trees which for us was extremely helpful , I would highly recommend you use April and make sure you ask her about Steve to make sure he cant get you a better deal with your mortgage than the offers youve had, we got our house and saved thousands!!
