ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have bought and sold 7 homes over the years and Madalyn has been the best realtor we have worked with. From day one she was on top of details and priced our home according to the market. We were extremely pleased with the sale price of our home. She paid attention to detail to ensure the home looked ready to show. (She even backed her vehicle up to the house so she could reach and remove a tiny tree growing in a gutter) She responded quickly every time I asked a question (which seemed to be a lot). Our sale was a bit more complicated as a trust was involved, but she made sure this was addressed early on. I highly recommend Madalyn. Excellent realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Madalyn was a great resource throughout the buying process. Her knowledge of the real estate industry and the inner workings of a home were valuable and appreciated. She is also local to the area and super friendly. If we ever need to buy another home, we are going back to Madalyn!

ZillowVERIFIED Ay age 69 I've dealt with dozens of agents and dozens of properties, both personal and business, in 17 Pennsylvania counties. From listing to closing her availability, enthusiasm, knowledge and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. In my opinion anyone who reads this who doesn't sign with her is dealing with less than the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Weve bought and sold multiple houses with Madalyn and its kind of a joke that something crazy always happens at least once in the process. Shes helped us through every situation and saved some deals for us that probably would have fell through if it werent for her. She knows her stuff and is absolutely not a push over who is just looking for a check. Shell fight for you and your home or your business deal! Couldnt recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED Madalyn is very professional and knowledgeable. She responds quickly to any questions you may have. She was very helpful in the sale of my home. Even when Madalyn was out of town, she kept in contact with me and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with the sale of my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Madalyn helped me buy my first home. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She kept all the specific wants and needs that I had in mind and was willing to negotiate and work with the sellers real estate agent to get a compromise that I the buyer and the seller were both happy to agree upon. She works very fast and is a pleasure and a positive resource to have on your team when dealing with the stresses of buying a home. I will and would recommend her ten-fold to anyone looking to purchase a home.
