He got us top dollar for our sale and was fantastic at helping us negotiate the price on our new house and lock in the deal. Not only did he handle all of the logistics, he listened to our wants and needs checklists and helped us find our dream home. He protected our time by reviewing houses we thought we wanted to see before we saw them, pointed our pros and cons we may have missed, and set up appts for anything we truly wanted to see. He truly made the process as painless as it could be because, lets face it, the process is stressful and competitive! But here? Daddy delivered! Seriously, thanks to John for being professional but real with us throughout the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED John Masucci did a great job selling my home, hes very passionate about real estate and knows alot about NJ from people he referred me to along with doing things he didnt need to do like placing items for sale on my facebook/taking me to closing as my car broke down and didnt want a penny. We listed our home on a Thursday and were under contract on a Tuesday. I will be referring him to many of my friends and family god bless this man!

ZillowVERIFIED John was very helpful and flexible with our needs, and was always ready and willing to help us look in a different area or for a different price range, etc. When we finally found the house we wanted, he helped us jump on it immediately and was there every step of the way. We had some issues with the seller briefly, and our mortgage loan agent, but John was very patient and helped us through the process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, first time or nth time buyer.
