ZillowVERIFIED Wes was really great to work with. We started with a cold call about a house (I thought he was the selling agent) but he was totally responsive. We went through multiple brokers to get the right loan product, we were doing the purchasing from out of town, and we had a difficult set of criteria we were going for, but he handled all of this exceptionally well - working with the brokers, selling agents, the insurance folks, and all the other parties we needed to work with to get things done on time. Wes is totally focused on his clients, and he helped us go from our starting point (long-distance buyers with little experience in Boulder but planning a move) to new owners of the right house in the right neighborhood, the first time. Wes turned what could have been kind of a nightmare into a super strong outcome, and we would totally recommend Wes.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Weslely online from Thailand for several months. We are looking to move back to the US after living overseas for 5 years. Wesley has been excellent in setting us up with a portal and have an occassional call . We are originally from California so it was important to us to become familiar with certain areas of Colorado. When we arrived in October, Wesley was very prepared for us. He had our days planned perfectly balanced with looking at the areas we had asked to see and a few houses to get a feel for what was available. We are looking forward to meeting up with him in the future when we get a little closer to making that final decission as to the location that is perfect for us. I am confident that Wesley will help us find the perfect home.
