Lacey helped me buy my first home. Being a first time home buyer can be stressful. However, Lacey made the process seamless. From the start she made me feel like I was not just another client. She showed that she truly cared about finding me the best home. She kept in contact with the sellers and the lender and kept me updated through out the whole process. The night before closing I was informed that I wouldn't be able to close or move in for another week, because of the holiday weekend. Lacey went to work and drove to to Seattle to get the deed and paper work to close for the title company at 10 pm and I am pretty sure she may of slept in her car for me in order to get the paperwork back to Richland in time to close. Not to mention she got me an appointment with the title company at 7am, when the escrow company had told me there was no way I would be able to get an appointment with the title company to sign and close. I couldn't believe she was able to pull it off, but I was able to close on my house on time. She def went above and beyond, I don't know any other realtor who would go so far to brainstorm and get it done. Lacey is amazing and I am so impressed with her professionalism and work ethic. She truly is the best!
