Thanks to Spencers dedication and genuine care, our transaction was incredibly smooth from start to finish. We never felt like just another clientaEUR"she truly cared about helping us find the right home. Thank you, Spencer, for your hard work and support. We are so grateful to have had you as our agent and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Easy and fast for me despite dozens of unexpected non trivial issues popping up all the way through the process. Spencer navigated flawlessly around all show stoppers. Demanding buyers, excessive local bureaucracy, picky inspectors, she handled them all exceedingly well.

Spencer was fantastic as we went to sell our house. After accepting two different offers where the buyer pulled out, we were feeling extremely down. Spencer lead us through the process with a calm and knowledgeable presence that helped remove any fears. When we did have a committed buyer, Spencer had the contacts, knowledge, and speed to make sure we were knowledgeable about updates, fixes, and contractors. Her contacts ended up saving us thousands of dollars in the end. Spencer brings a joy filled, confident, and easy personality that made a stressful situation so much easier to work through. I would recommend her to any person looking to purchase or sell a house.

Was patient in helping us find what we were looking for through multiple locations, and even helped us find an opportunity not even on the market. Creative and helpful insight on how to make a purchase work for your needs in the short and long term.

Spencer and her team made the house selling process easy and straightforward. She had quick turn-around time on questions and was very solution oriented throughout the process.
