But after some complicated title discrepancies forced us to back out of a contract, we did our research, asked around, interviewed realtors, and landed on Spencer who came with glowing reviews. Her knowledge into those complicated title discrepancies sealed the deal for us - we knew we found an agent with the expertise that we needed to feel confident enough to get back out there. She was diligent, knowledgeable, available, and excited to teach us what we needed to know. She always had an idea on how to make our offers competitive and never rushed or pressured us. We ended up finding a home that we still cant believe we could be competitive enough to get. ZillowVERIFIED Earlier in my house buying process, I gave Spencer Argueta a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, she partners with a local title company who is a rookie in the business at best. This company was absolutely incompetent and could not get their paperwork and final numbers finalized until the last minute of the last day of the closing. They changed their numbers three times on the closing day till the last minute. Due to their incompetence, I had to send my portion of the purchasing funds THREE times and paid extra wire transfer transaction fees, all because Spencer's preferred title company had no clue how to calculate their mobile closing fees. They knew it was a mobile closing, but they sat on it till the last minute of the last day of closing.

She took the time to take us out for coffee on a weekend and explain the entire home buying process, answering every single question we had. When we went to go look at houses with her, she didnt just unlock the door and leave us to fend for ourselves - she pointed out every single detail, good and bad, that we needed to consider about the place. She was so good at guiding us through the process that we even ended up getting the first house we put an offer in on, with her getting us the house for listing price with most of closing costs thrown in... in THIS market. The moment we met Spencer we knew we got lucky! Our mom had to go into hospice in Florida and her kitchen was in the middle of a remodel. Spencer helped facilitate contractors to help us get the condo in the market while we were back in Florida. I cannot say enough how incredible she was and how easy she made a very difficult and stressful time for our family.
