ZillowVERIFIED I originally gave Terri Safdari a 5-star review when I purchased my home, but after living in the property for a year and uncovering major issues that should have been caught during the buying process, I feel obligated to update my review. Terri completely missed multiple red flags in the sellers disclosure aEUR" including claims of a aEURoenewaEUR? HVAC system and aEURoeno moldaEUR? aEUR" which turned out to be false. Within months of moving in, I discovered mold, water intrusion, and a failing HVAC system that professionals confirmed was not new and should have never passed without further questioning. These were issues any attentive buyers agent should have investigated or advised me about. When I reached out to Terri for help after closing, she refused to advocate for me and stated she aEURoedid not have the authorityaEUR? to contact the seller or listing agent. This left me dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs, significant stress, and health concerns entirely on my own. Looking back, Terri did not protect my interests, did not provide the diligence expected of a buyers agent, and did not support me when serious problems surfaced. I cannot recommend her based on my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri outperformed all of the 5 realtors I have worked with in the past. She somehow is able to make herself available nearly 24/7. I did business with her as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m. She never stops. The showings she performed via live videos were extremely helpful as I was out of state during my search for a home. I only needed to worry about what home I wanted to live in. Terri either did everything for me or provide me all the details I needed when I had to respond or followup on an issue. My stress level was the lowest it had ever been while searching for a home. She is also a great listener and has the patience of a saint. If you want a realtor who will provide you a service that will allow you to concentrate on the most important thing (your home) contact Terri. She will make your search more enjoyable and so much less stressful.

There was one occasion where we had already viewed multiple houses and completed the day's schedule, and I'd noticed another house that seemed promising. She had already left and was well on her way home when I texted her, and she contacted the sellers, turned right around and knocked out another viewing. I'd recommend her to anyone searching for housing in the are. The whole experience was wonderful, and relatively stress-free, as far as house-hunting goes!

ZillowVERIFIED Not Recommend. While she is familiar with the housing market and the buying process, she dropped the ball regarding returning documents to the loan agent in a timely fashion. She encouraged me to use a title company she has an interest in and they delayed processing the final seller documents by three weeks instead of three days. While she was pleasant throughout the process, the final week of closing she was extremely difficult to work with and I would not recommend her to another client.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri is fantastic to work with. Shes very available to help set up tours, and in the rare instances when shes not available, she always manages to find a trusted colleague to fill in. She knows a lot about many different areas, and she was particularly helpful in our search because it involved older brick houses in the city. However, she did initially help us tour quite a few homes in the county as well, and she was very knowledgeable about all types of homes. Terri is also experienced with home remodeling, so shell always give you an informed opinion about the condition or function of anything in a house. We learned a lot by touring houses with her. We dragged Terri all over the city/county for home tours, sometimes 2-3 in a day, and she was always happy to give us her time and attention. When it came time to put in offers and eventually purchase, she was helpful and knowledgeable, and she was patient when we did not understand something about the whole messy process. Until she introduced this adorable one bedroom property to me as its just good enough for my purpose. I'm in California but cant return to St. Louis for closing . Terri told me thats no problem at all as she will schedule a time and day for me to sign documents in California; She will schedule a final walk through on the home with me on video or facetime so I can see and check off that everything is as before; For Closing-both me and the seller have signed the paperwork and all funds have been processed; She will have the keys so I can tell her where to take them. I'm very happy and satisfied with her for all procedures and services she has provided. I trust her a lot because she is the best !
