I contacted the neighbor to congratulate them and heard nothing but high praise for Brian. I kept his name and number knowing I would want this young man when it came time to sell my condo. We made the decision to sell and move to another state. I thought it might be impossible to sell the condo and have it close within a month, but Brian did it. He had the condo staged, photos taken, and listed on the MLS within a week?we weren?t even there! He is extremely quick to answer any questions or concerns we had, regardless of the time of day. He began by meeting with us and explaining what to expect from the process, giving us a booklet he created that laid it all out for us and defined terms (there are a lot!). After that, it was off to the races and he tirelessly showed us as many houses as we wanted to see. He not only brings years of real estate experience to the table, he also brings experience from renovating homes himself and it really shows. Drawing from that wealth of knowledge, Brian was able to let us know approximately how much certain renovations would cost us. He never hesitated to let us know both the positives and negatives of houses that we saw so we could have a more balanced opinion of them. We were surprised at how many renovations we saw that looked nice at a glance but fell apart under closer inspection. His knowledge of housing codes and renovations saved us from pursuing some houses that looked great but had problems that couldve been very expensive to fix. Through it all, Brian reinforced that its important we find something that well be happy with in the long term, and he made it his mission to understand what that would be for us. When we found the house we were looking for, Brian got us all we asked for and more. Despite the seller being an iBuyer, Brian negotiated more concessions from them than we had thought possible. He was able to get them to drop an already below-appraisal price and then cover all closing costs on top of that! Also to note: once we had found the house, Brians assistant kept in constant communication with us about the numerous deadlines in the process, which was super helpful. Brian and Elevate Realty are top notch, and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!

Prior to meeting with us for the first time, Brian had done a complete analysis of recent home sales in our subdivision and surrounding areas. We were thinking of listing our house for a higher amount but his expert knowledge of the facts persuaded us to take his advice on what would be the best list price. Next, he had a very structured and detailed process and timeline for listing, showings prior to the open house, and finally the open house (all in a ten- day period). He had an excellent communication plan for getting the listing info published. We had MANY showings in a three day period prior to the scheduled open house resulting in THREE AMAZING OFFERS! We accepted one of the offers and canceled the open house! Brian?s huge success for us was guaranteed from the beginning because he has a huge attention to every detail, small and large. He has an impressive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
