Damon gettier and associates are an amazing team. They only have 2 motives. Sell your home, or help you buy a home! I had an amazing experience with Alli and her associates with selling my house. First we met and looked at the house and then showed us a ball park range for selling our house and compared it to other houses sold or on the market in our area. Alli is more than just a realtor, she?s mother and wife and understands things come up and promote change but has such a positive personality she helps relieve your stress and worries in almost any situation. We sat down and She told us what needed to be done and what our focus of the house is. First offer was bad and Ali showed us why, not just telling me it?s a waste. She reassured us the house would sell. She stayed in contact even when nothing to report and reminded us that we do still have options to get our house sold that are inexpensive but effective. Before we even followed the plan, we got our second offer and we started the process. Alli walked us through the entire selling process and helps you understand the process but also why it is a process. Corona virus puts a toll on closing, so overnighting the notarized documents is the way of selling now. But a lot of notaries won?t accept real estate closing documents. Alli helped us find a notary that accepted those real estate documents and we closed today and finalized The next day with over night paper work. The house sold in Exactly Alli?s original ball park number! we never would?ve closed without Alli nor would we have sold our house in a month from being listed!
