Nicole represented us as we bought our vacation home in Truckee and we couldn't recommend her more! She is very knowledgeable about the area and about what it takes to have a successful vacation home and future rental property. She helped us understand the local laws, safety measures we needed to implement in the winter, and also helped us set up a contractor to improve the staircase before we moved in - and she even paid for it for us as a closing gift! She knows most of the other local agents in town so when we were buying she could call her "friends" who represented the homes we were interested in to help us negotiate the best deal we could. Once our offer was accepted she didn't drop off the face of the earth - she continued to check in with us to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything to help make our move easier. Since she is an expert in the area that really became invaluable to us - she helped us understand the local utilities, HOA, etc. She also responded to our requests in a very timely and positive manner, too. We never once felt like we were bugging her. Nicole has really set the bar high for realtors for us moving forward and if you use her you will absolutely not be disappointed.
