Christina is the best! As first-time homebuyers new to the area, she really made the process so easy for us. Caveat emptor. This agent cannot close deals. We offered above asking and we couldnt close the deal. Be careful. We offered above asking and her client didnt accept and there was no counter. This is bad faith. Beware.
