ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I had a great experience working with Elizabeth during the search and purchase of our new home! Elizabeth worked with our timeline, was patient with us when we needed to take a breaks during our lengthy search, and was extremely helpful in facilitating communication between us and the sellers team during the buying process. Elizabeth is well known in the north shore area and has great relationships with other agents, helping to give her an edge is setting up showings, which in our case gave us an advantage in obtaining our dream house! I would not hesitate to work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth Markovic was introduced to me over 5 months ago and honestly at the time, I balked at dealing with a Real Estate Sales Person as I am on a strict budget and the apartment rents are exorbitant on Long Island given the shortage of properties both for sale and rent. Scroll forward about 7 months of seeing and being disappointed viewing sub par dwellings or apartments that were misrepresented & over valued, I came across 1 listing that intrigued me. Yes, it had a sales agent listed but I was at my wits end, not having found something I would love to live in. Lo and behold, it was Elizabeth! She literally took care of me from start to finish, she listened to my requests and was excellent communicating between landlord/me, promptly, and in a fashion that led me to trust that she was doing her best to get me the rental, even negotiating a better rent amount. There were plenty of others in line. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone searching for the ideal home or rental. She exceeded all my expectations! Thank you Elizabeth

ZillowVERIFIED I used Elizabeth as my realtor to purchase my first ever home. I didnt know much about the process but Elizabeth made sure to take her time and to explain things so that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. She always worked thoroughly and promptly to make sure that both the seller and myself could reach a quick decision. I felt she represented me in the process well as the buyer and I would definitely recommend and also reach out to Elizabeth again for home purchase in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth was hands-down the best part of our home-buying experience in Nassau County. We wanted someone who was familiar from the north shore (Port Washington, Manhasset, New Hyde Park, etc.) all the way down to Franklin Square -- we ended up buying a place in Garden City, NY. She was professional, calming, communicative, and always available. She easily navigated our questions as first-time home buyers and really stepped up for us during walk-throughs and open houses asking questions we wouldn't have known to ask. She gave us advice, data-driven comps on home prices & offer negotiations, and provided no-pressure referrals when I asked along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth worked with us for over a year to find us the right house. She knew a lot about the area we bought in (Sea Cliff, NY). She accommodated all our requests to show us the homes we wanted to see. in Sea Cliff and adjoining areas. She answered all our questions and was readily available over text, phone, and email. She also had valuable feedback with regards to what kind of offer we should make and how much we should put down. We ran a lot of things by her and relied on her expertise. She interfaced with the sellers agent on our behalf and her response was always lightening quick. We also used her recommendations for home insurance, home inspector, and lawyer. Overall she really facilitated our home search and home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure to work with Elizabeth and she found us a beautiful home in Kings Park NY. I moved to NY from out of state and had no knowledge of the area. In the beginning we had several phone conversations for which I provided great detail on what I was looking for and she went to work sending me homes. She is very attentive, reliable, extremely professional and knowledgable of the area and pricing. She made herself available and accommodated my schedule for when I was in town to look. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to purchase a home in the NY area.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot begin to tell you how lucky I was when Zillow matched me with Elizabeth. Not only she was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy, she was also extremely personable and patient. She is also an excellent negotiator and would guide us when our anxiety kicked in and we were about to gave in- she was right all the times she suggested us to wait or act! She was genuinely interested in helping us find a house, but not any house, the house that would fit our family needs. I highly recommend her without reservations!

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin! Its hard to put into words how much Elizabeth has helped us with, not only the sale of our home but with finding our perfect aEURoeforever homeaEUR?. Being that she guided us through both transactions we had twice the questions, concerns, and worries that came along with it and I have to say that no question was too small or too silly for Elizabeth! I told my husband several times how incredibly impressed I am with Elizabeths responsiveness, calming and reassuring tone, and she always had an answer for us no matter what time of day. She is extremely professional and She has strong relationships within her profession. I needed an inspector, she referred 3 to choose from. I needed an attorney, she referred an amazing one. I needed a mortgage guy, she got me that too and all these people she recommend were just as easy to work with as she was! I can go on and on about the amazing experience I had with Elizabeth throughout this journey but stop reading reviews and just call her! Let her help you! You will see for yourself why she is the best, because no matter how busy and successful she is Elizabeth always always always makes time and makes you feel like you are her ONLY client.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth was an excellent broker who succeeded in selling a house that had some challenges. She was the first person to contact me after I had made an estimate inquiry on Zillow and since then has never failed to respond at any time of day. Her local knowledge helped enormously as did her considerable efforts to advertise the house. I recommend Elizabeth highly, she persevered and was very creative in her approach, I was lucky to have found her

ZillowVERIFIED It has been such a pleasure to work with Elizabeth. We really appreciate her knowledge about neighborhoods and the house hunting process, which has helped us narrow down our search and make our criteria clearer. She is professional, very responsive, and reliable as well as flexible. For instance, we have changed our minds about the neighborhoods we're interested in many times and she has been understanding and helpful the entire time, providing insight and suggestions based on our criteria and budget. Elizabeth also keeps an eye out for any potential listings that may pop up and sends them to us right away, which is a relief and has made the house hunting process a lot less stressful and more manageable. We'd highly recommend working with Elizabeth.
