ZillowVERIFIED Christina is the best! As first-time homebuyers new to the area, she really made the process so easy for us. She listened to everything we wanted, but made realistic recommendations and suggestions so that we could ultimately find the best home for us and stay within our budget. We purchased in a very hot market and location, but she was always so fast and responsive and on it because every minute counts in that situation. She ended up suggesting a town over from where we started looking that was still in the same school district...it's where we ended up buying, and it's just perfect for us. We've made lifelong friends on our block and we are now lifers in this area! I can't say enough great things about Christina. She is so well connected, smart and knowledgeable about everything. She makes the process easy and has her finger on the pulse of everything. She really knows neighborhoods to give you honest intel into the market and area. ZillowVERIFIED Christina is a perfectionist! She's extremely knowledgeable. Christina's vast knowledge of the value of homes in the area helped her realistically price our home, achieving multiple offers immediately. We achieved our desired sale price as a result! Her idea to create a video of our home inside and outside (outside using a drone) brought about gorgeous pictures and a true "feel" for our home. Actually, after watching the video, we almost didnt want to sell. It came out SO GREAT!!! It was beautiful and the drone was an "out of the box" idea! It showed how close we were to the water and showcased the positive attributes of our listing! We were thrilled with how amazing our house was being presented to the public. Christina always answered her phone at any time, and made time for us when busy, as if we were the only clients she was working with. (which we knew she had many) We were always impressed with how many people were brought to our home, even with the pandemic happening. She has such a tremendous following and out reach for potential buyers. We had so much fun throughout a process that can be very stressful. When we sell again, we will be sure to grab Christina!!!

I saw a posting for an open house so I called and met Christina. We had a great conversation. I told her what I was going through. She said that it was really unprofessional how I was treated. She made me feel safe,protected and made sure we found our home fast. I went to an open house I loved it and told her. She kicked butt. She checked for everything regarding our home. She looked at things that the other agents I delt with didn't even look for when I was house hunting. She is extremely thorough. Honest and caring as well. She did so much for my husband and I. Thankfully we didn't really have to look at too many houses. With her we found the one immediately and got our offer taken via her advice. I feel like crying. She made this happen. This dream was realized due to her looking out for us. Also we have a really great broker too but Christina as well was really going above and beyond. She answered all my questions, relieved all my stress and anxiety. I don't even suffer from anxiety but I did get anxiety due to how I was mistreated from the other past agent. She treated me like family. She didn't even complain or ignore me. She made sure we got everything we needed and wanted. She was honest too and gave amazing advice. answered my questions even at night! If you are a new home buyer and are desperately looking for a home. Pick Christina. She is worth it. Trust me. I went through so many so called prominent agents yet non came close to Christina. She has your back and actually follows to what you are looking for. Not once did she force houses on me and tried to change what we were looking for just to make commission. She made sure we were happy and got EXACTLY what we wanted. She handled everything amazingly. We did have a hiccup with the seller which I'm still unfortunately dealing with but that has to do with the bad lawyer I hired. I wish I met her sooner so she could have saved me from people who took advantage of me. But thankfully when it came to closing and situations with the house she fought for us. She made sure things were up to standards and that the seller was following the laws. She made me feel confident and gave me back my voice that I lost in the home buying process.So thank you Christina! Sorry it took me a long time to write this. I've been dealing with back to back health issues, then a family emergency then situations with being a new homeowner. But now that things have calmed down, I was now able to write this. Everyone really needs to know how great you are! So if your in NY and looking for a home in long island she is the best!
