Absolutely the Best! At 65 yrs old, I decided to sell my single family home and move back to Chicago, into a high-rise condo, I found myself in need of an experienced local realtor that would agree to working with a client in need of a long distance transaction. Based on her successful sales track record and her familiarity with the types of property I wanted to purchase; I selected Cindi Sodolski as a candidate for the task. She set up an online Zoom interview and after our meeting I was convinced, she was unquestionably the right realtor for me. Cindi's team worked with me to set up multiple viewings during a weekend visit to Chicago based on my personal criteria. Cindi was knowledgeable about the properties we viewed, patiently explaining different aspects of local real estate and condo laws and guidelines, HOA details and general things to look for including HOA assessments, types of HVAC systems and availability of accessible parking due to the fact that I am partially disabled. At that time, I was unable to drive up to Chicago so Cindi set up very thorough virtual tours of the properties I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a unit I had viewed virtually. That is how much trust and confidence I have in her.
