Sohe was an excellent person to work with. She provided guidance on what to look for when browsing properties and setup appointments to look at them when it was convenient for me.She was also helped me by answering questions and doubts that I had about the process. Since this was the first time exposure to real state, I felt comfortable with Sohe, knowing that she was there to help me answer any inquiries.I felt she was also direct, which I appreciated, since some people like to sugar coat things rather than explaining the pros and cons of a situation and when I could be proactive or when I had to wait. This aspect of her I appreciated the most because it helped me understand that there was only so much one can do. Buying a home/property takes a lot of patience that I was not aware of, and Sohe helped me be aware of this.Aracely was her assistant and she also was wonderful to work with because she was down to earth on her opinions, however I did notice some initial reluctance to give them, which is understandable. She is a great asset to Sohe's team.

I had the pleasure of having Sohe as my agent. I reached out to her just to poke around and see if I was even capable of purchasing a home. I was 25, good credit, barley started my career. I recently had an appt with Chase who had told me to wait two years to even be seen as a strong buyer. I, being impatient, reached out to Sohe for a second opinion & it was the best decision I ever made.With no hesitation, she quickly set up a meeting to meet with her and her team. Where they built my profile of likes and dislikes, budgeting, areas of interest, etc. She quickly started sending me links to potential places & we quickly started viewing places. Sohe most definitely showed determination and characteristics of someone who is dedicated to not just her job but to her clients and their feelings. She gave me the honest truths, she didnt try to just sell me a house but was passionate about finding me a new home. She cares for her clients. Reaching out to see how I felt about the entire process, making sure I had all questions answered, educating me on what to look for when buying a condo (inspect building, reserved fees, HOA, special assessments, etc) and always asking if I needed help in any way. She recommended a loan officer, inspector, and attorney to me (since I had no one). They were all wonderful! They all had genuine connections that made being apart of her team special- inspector guy even helped tighten all the loosened screws on the rails. Inspector told Sohe about condensation in fridge (fridge should not be turned off with closed doors) and Sohe immediately cleaned it. BROWNIE POINTS THERE! I had found my perfect home in the middle of the night & she immediately got me a showing the very next morning (I had to work but I sent my bf & brother to see it) and we made an instant offer, it was the perfect place. She then arranged for me to see the home later that evening after I got off of work at 8pm. Sohe willingly worked after hours and that made me appreciate her even more. If there was something she couldnt answer, she will direct you to someone who did. And they dragged, she will keep pushing till I was given my answer. And for that, I will be forever grateful. You will not regret working with Sohe, she thinks about you even after closing. She is the best! I will definitely be working with her again in the future!!

I went through so many realtors that I actively gave up looking for home but I was still passively looking. I came across Sohe on Instagram, and I will admit I had a bad attitude about realtors. Sohe took time to listen to what I've been through and asked if we could meet. She was so accommodating to my crazy work schedule. We talked about what I wanted and what I needed. She asked me to go back to my dream home, we looked through so listings and she got an idea of what I was looking for. I have 2 pitbulls and I can't live in certain cities because of breed specific legislation, Sohe completely understood how important my furbabies are to me. We spent 8 weekends looking at places. Sohe didn't mind going to look at places that had no pictures online, unlike other realtors who thought it was a waste of time. Sohe didn't want me to settle for just a home she wanted me in my dream home, she wasn't going to let me settle for anything less then my dream home. I was looking for a home alone (just me and my dogs) but I wasn't alone because Sohe made me feel like she was looking and dreaming with me!! Her professionalism is perfect and demeanor beyond amazing. She doesn't make you feel like she's just there because it's her job, she makes you feel like she cares about putting you in your dream home. There were moments when I would be discouraged about finding a home and she was so motivational and uplifting. Sohe is the type of person that if you're feeling depressed she's there to motivate you. I am truly honored and blessed that she took on the challenge of finding my dream home!!! It took 8 weeks but I am finally in my dream home thanks to Sohe.
