ZillowVERIFIEDDaniela was beyond excellent. She considered the needs of my family when helping us find our new home and gave expert advice. She was very patient with me, as this was my very first home purchase. She answered all my questions without judgement, even the dumb ones, haha! She was keen to explain everything every step of the way, which made a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable. I had to quickly purchase a home while in another state and with a newborn baby on my hands, Daniela was very understanding to my situation and went above and beyond to assist me. Im SO glad I had her! Shes a tough cookie that knows how to negotiate, too! Im certain that this is the only reason that Im sitting in this beautiful home today that is more than I could have dreamed of. Im so appreciative of her. The entire process was smooth because of her, she made time to talk to me, and calm my nerves even outside of office hours. Its obvious that this isnt just a job for her, she really cares about her clients. I trust Daniela. She came highly recommended and I too highly recommend her, shes the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are very grateful to have found Daniela as a realtor. This was our first time buying in the city of Chicago and this market was completely new to us. Daniela was attentive to our needs and showed us many properties over the course of many months. As our needs changed, she was very supportive of helping us find our dream condo. She has a wide expertise of the city especially in Lakeview. She knew exactly what to show us and we appreciated her honestly, attentiveness, and hard work. We will continue to work with Daniela if we decide to sell our current property. We recommend Daniela ten fold. Thank you, Daniela. We appreciate everything you did for us. - The Gopalakrishnan Family
ZillowVERIFIEDThoughtful, thorough, understated while aggressive -- very knowledgable and guiding. Delightful to work with. Daniella also provided post -purchase support, for which I am very grateful.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have had the pleasure of working with Daniela Pagani three times now and cannot say enough wonderful things about her as an agent and as a person. She is an expert in real estate and guided me through the process of two purchases and one sale educating me all along the way. Her knowledge of the Chicago market, attention to detail, strong moral compass, honesty, responsiveness and kind ways made what can be a stressful experience, exicting and fun. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars as she is amazing to work with and I would be happy to work with her again.
