Leah was an absolute pleasure to work with as we searched for our first home! Being first time home buyers she was always very transparent about the process, what we could expect when, and willing to answer any type of questions we had as we went through each stage. With COVID restrictions and both working full time, she was always willing to be flexible when she showed us a unit and worked with us to ensure we felt comfortable and not rushed at any point. We could fully rely on her to be honest and if a place didn't reflect the photos or wasn't in a location she'd buy herself, she'd always give us her honest opinion. She's also a Boston pro and knew the neighborhoods we were looking in very well, as well as opening our eyes to areas we hadn't looked in before but she knew would fit our requirements. We had a great experience working with Leah! We moved to Boston from the West Coast in late summer, and when we sold our place in SF, our agent did some research for us and referred us to Leah. We immediately hit it off, and Leah was super responsive to all of our questions (and the million listings we were asking her about!), and helped me to look for a rental in just one whirlwind of a weekend. She was incredibly patient and prepared, and very quickly had a sense for the type of place we wanted within budget. We ended up finding a great place before it went on the market as Leah leveraged her network. We hadnt planned on buying immediately, but a few months after moving to Boston, we noticed a lot of inventory in our neighborhood. We reached out to Leah for some exploratory looks, and she was incredibly receptive and generous with her time and energy, despite the fact that we werent planning to make any offers for at least a year. After seeing a few places that were over budget, Leah then found a place that was about to go on the market, and was within our range. She worked quickly to arrange multiple showings, talk us through the pros and cons, and help us put together a very competitive offer. We were lucky enough to have the seller accept, and Leah was very helpful in keeping the closing process fairly painless. She made sure we had all the info we needed, coordinated with our lawyer, was highly communicative, and always advocated on our behalf. Following closing, she made sure we had all the relevant information we needed, and has continued to coordinate on additional work. Leah has graciously also continued to be a resource for when we have any questions or needs. Working with Leah made the entire process much less stressful, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone in Greater Boston looking for a smart, resourceful, and dedicated agent!
