We were in a rush to find a place that was affordable, livable, and in a good location (we were picky) and had little luck with other realtors. We had either seen bad places or had touch communications, but Rami found some great places and really made us feel comfortable and that he was on our side. When touring, he would talk to us away from the owner and ask how we felt about certain things and really wanted us to be happy with our choice. For context: I move on average (in the last 10 years), once every two years...so a lot. Rami is hands-down one of the best brokers I've had the pleasure of working with. I was doing a lot remotely, and with a busy schedule, as such my communication was sometimes lacking - throughout the entire process, Rami was courteous, responsive, transparent, fair, a good representative of myself to the landlord, and the landlord to myself. I appreciate his availability to be on-site when renovations were being made to my apartment prior to my arrival, and was thankful for being kept in the loop.
