ZillowVERIFIED Tina is the best! I have bought and sold many homes and Tina is by far the most effective realtor I have every used (both on the buy side and the sell side). Tina genuinely cared for the sale of my recent home - she began marketing my house 2 weeks prior to the open house, guided me on how to stage my house and made herself available for all my calls and questions. The day of my open house I had over 100 people show up and stand in the pouring rain while waiting to view my house. I had 16-offers - ALL OVER ASKING PRICE. Tina then spent time with me to review each offer as she guided me through why the highest offer wasnt necessarily the best. Counter Offer was accepted and we moved to inspection and closing without a hiccup. If you are looking to buy or sell a home - I would give Tina a call.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Tina, we immediately hit it off. But, not only is she a great person, she is a top notch Real Estate agent! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process. Tina is very professional, well-connected, and has stellar negotiation skills. I was moving in from out of state and she quickly helped me find a great home in a wonderful neighborhood. First, she really listened to all my must haves and every property she showed me met my criteria so I was able to find? several homes I liked. She helped me through the very competitive offer process. She provided me with market comps so I could make an informed offer that was accepted. Then, she was my advocate through the entire purchase process!!! Her recommended third parties (attorney, etc.) were excellent also! I ended up having various difficult situations with the appraiser, the seller, the seller's agent, and the seller's attorney. In each situation, Tina led the negotiations, educated the other side, and kept the sale moving. Throughout each ordeal, she kept me informed of the status all while sheltering me from the drama. Tina went above and beyond to keep the sale moving when what should have been a simple sale went off course. I'm so grateful I had Tina in my corner!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is the probably the best Real Estate agent we have ever encountered in 30 years of buying homes. We are close to retirement and decided to buy a condo in the city. Our requirements were pretty stiff. We wanted one-level living, elevator building with security, inside parking and a lot of space for low money! Tina helped us "test" our willingness to look at properties we would normally not have looked at. This was so helpful to understand and appreciate the condo we finally did purchase. When the time came for negotiations Tina did all the comps, pushed the owner and the other agent to recognize that the price needed to be lower and ultimately negotiated an incredible deal. At the closing, she saved us thousands more when we did the walk through because the owner had removed items from the house which were not previously agreed to. We would never have known this. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is an incredibly focused individual who totally heard what we wanted, helped us determine the best options and made us feel we were her only clients. It took almost a year to end up with our dream property...but Tina never rushed us or made us feel we were being unrealistic. She stuck with the search until we got the exact property we wanted. At no time did we ever feel she didn't have OUR best interests at heart. We highly recommend Tina to anyone.

There are many stresses and ups and downs in the home buying process, and Tina was always there to help us at every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and the area in which we were purchasing. She was very patient with us and went above and beyond on answering our questions both in person and via email and texts (very promptly!). We were able to see houses we were interested in and she helped us hone in on and act swiftly upon the house we loved and wanted once we found it.
