As first time homebuyers, my wife and I decided to enter the housing market out of necessity. We were pregnant with our first child and wanted to be in a home we owned, not a rental, before our son was born. We linked up with Perry out of chance and immediately connected with him as he was near our age! While his youth might make you initially question his experience and commitment, that thought will quickly shattered as you spent time visiting properties. He seemed to be ALWAYS available (yet busy), never inconvenienced, and equally as committed to helping us find a home as we were. He works for a company that has a plethora of experience and he was never aEUR~too good to partner with peers to ensure he was taking the best approach for his clients. His professionalism created a warmth that made my wife and I feel like we werent in this alone. He instantly matched our intensity; genuinely sharing our wins and loses. Perry is prompt, proactive, and persistent. He wants to win just as bad as his clients, but never pushy. He only wins if you win. We found our house. We had our baby, and we now can continue growing our lives and family. I dont plan on deleting Perrys number. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family, as well as hitting the golf course whenever his busy schedule allows!! Thank you for everything Perry!
