Risa was excellent throughout the sale of our home. Risa's deep understanding of the Closter and Bergen County market was evident every step of the way. She provided honest advice on pricing, marketing, and negotiations, and always made us feel informed and supported. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process far less stressful than we expected it to be. Risa always kept us informed, advocated for our interests, and guided us through every step from listing to closing. We couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Risa, thank you so much for all your help! You have truly been a godsend in helping us find the perfect home in the perfect location. Thank you for being so responsive, for holding our hand through all of our anxieties, and for guiding us to make the right decision. We are so grateful to have found you!

Lana Henriques is THE BEST real estate agent I have ever come across over the last 25 years of buying and selling homes in Bergen County She goes above and beyond in every aspect of the relationship start to finish Her knowledge of and expertise in the industry result in seamless closings and highly satisfied clients She is a pleasure to work with and absolutely recommend her for both buys and sells

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Lana by our side when buying our home in River Vale. She helped us understand our options, shared her perspective when we needed it, and always made sure the final decision was ours. We truly felt that she was looking out for us and wanted us to find the right home, not just any home. Always available and incredibly responsive, Lana was also an amazing resource, with a trusted contact to recommend for just about any service we needed along the way. Were so grateful for her guidance and support and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Risa was an amazing agent. Very knowledgeable and patient. She was able to find an off market property for me to purchase and had my property sold within a week. She helped me purchase and sell all within the same two-week period. Her coordination was top notch. Cannot recommend her enough as an agent.
