ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor to sell or buy please consider Risa Corson!! I have sold 2 homes and bought 3 in the last 10 years. My experience with realtors prior to Risa was not great to say the least. I found that I was doing most of the legwork when it came to finding the right home that fit my needs (i.e searching online myself etc) with the realtor not doing much in that respect. I also found that they werent always available or didnt really have your back as their client. With Risa, my experience was completely different. We had a unique situation where we were selling 2 homes and buying a third. We needed at least 5 bedrooms and preferred all bedrooms on the second floor with 3 full baths. Plus we were restricted to ONE town. Not easy to say the least! Risa was at our beck and call through the entire process. She replied immediately to texts at basically all hours (sorry Risa! Lol) and searched and searched for us even putting out feelers for houses that may be coming on the market that would fit our needs. She gave her honest opinions about things in the homes we saw and we never felt pressured to buy. With selling my home she was the same. Always available, very proactive and honest. She is amazing! I highly highly recommend her!!
