ZillowVERIFIED They were the best realtors I have ever used. I have used several agents for both selling and buying homes, never this stress free . All my other transactions I had to follow up on everything! Not with these two, amazing in every way. I am so happy we used them. Worth every penny. They went above and beyond. No games, just straight honesty. They are my realtors for life!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Darlene to sell our house and buy another. I'm a real estate paralegal and work with many agents but hands down, she is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was professional and yet down to earth, honest and knowledgable, and she was always very accommodating. We were on the fence about selling our home because we knew the buy/sale process was not going to be easy and when you throw 2 young children into the mix it gets even more complicated. However with her knowledge of the area and negotiation skills, we received multiple offers and were under contract within 1 week of going to market. She was respectful of our family time and was extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. We ended up closing in 42 days! On our buy, she was equally as accommodating if not more so. She spent countless hours showing us homes and when we finally found our forever home, she used her expert negotiating skills to close the deal. There were multiple offers but her easy to talk to nature and quick response time helped us win over the sellers. She made herself available for all the inspections, appraisal, and final walk through. We now have a wonderful home with everything we told her we were looking for and more, to enjoy with our family for a very long time. I can't say enough good things about her. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Darlene was a huge help. She would answer any questions I had and was always very kind and helpful. She was there every step of the house buying process. She also left a champagne bottle and glasses closing day at our new house. That was so sweet. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Darlene listed our family member's home in October 2017. She hosted one open house with an overwhelming number of interested people attending. Even when prospective buyers arrived late to the open house, Darlene did not turn them away and she stayed until everyone had a tour and all of their questions were answered. We had a few offers and having no real estate experience ourselves, Darlene thoroughly reviewed each offer with us, explained the next steps once we settled on a buyer, answered all of our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, organized, and professional, and I would definitely recommend her to future buyers/sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home-buyer, I sincerely appreciated that Josephine held my hand throughout this entire process; she was incredibly patient with me, explained everything in a way I would understand, immediately responded to my emails and voicemails, and gave me the confidence I needed to get through this. In addition, after seeing several properties, she never swayed me to settle; she continuously looked for a property, until we found the right one that fit my needs and budget. I could not be more grateful and I look forward to working with her on my next property.

ZillowVERIFIED Darlene definately played a key role during our relocation back to USA. After living 3 years in Brazil we came to north Jersey area and started looking for houses. It was our first home purchase in the US and as a foreigner I was not familiar at all with the process steps and requirements. Darlene was great on walking me thru the whole process and getting our needs for the perfect house for us. I really felt I was in one of those TV shows since she totally supported us thru the process and was very available to show us the options in the market. She is also very familiar with the area, being able to advise on school systems and services around which was another important decision fact for us. I trully reccommend Darlene as a Real Estate professional and she really made a difference in our lives!

ZillowVERIFIED Darlene listened to the factors that mattered most to us when searching for a home: proximity to work( short commute time), space, location and value. Darlene was very responsive to our communications. More importantly, Darlene provided us with objective information which helped us make a decision. We enjoyed working with Darlene and highly recommend her to other potential buyers.
