We contacted Meriwether Gill blindly by clicking on a link and asking for help. It was a Sunday afternoon and I had an email response from her in less than 30 minutes. That compares to three others that I also contacted, two of whom never got back to me and the third did a week later. So to me the most important thing in any purchase is timing and being responsive move you right to the top. Follow our initial conversation and providing her with our requirements, she went right to work and identified numerous properties that meet our criteria. Working from a distance of 500+ miles away from the region didn't help us, yet in a few short months we had seen properties, made an offer and negotiated to a successful conclusion for all involved. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the knowledge, process and responsiveness we received from Ms. Gill. We would certainly recommend her to anyone who is seeking to find their next home or property in Maine!
