I bought my first home not too long ago, not knowing at all how to do it or what the process would look like. I was nervous, not knowing whether I was even making the right decision, and assumed I would be taken advantage of by people out to get money.Ryan met with me one day, and I was still skeptical until he explained what his role is. Essentially, he's not a salesperson, but works as an intermediary between you and the people/group selling the home.Viewing homes was super simple. While it was up to me to find what I wanted to see, once I did, I just emailed or texted Ryan, and he took care of everything from that point forward. All I had to do was show up. Actually visiting the houses, I was blown away by Ryan's knowledge and extremely honest attitude toward the entire process. Instead of sugar coating things or glazing over issues or concerns about the houses he may have had, he was very blunt about whether or not the houses I looked at were worth purchasing. He was extremely detailed about finding things that may have causes me problems down the road -- for example, one recently renovated house was missing a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, which is something I definitely would not have noticed if I had walked through alone, and not something a salesperson would have mentioned. He did exactly what I needed him to do, which was to be critical.When I found the house I wanted to purchase aEUR" again, Ryan took care of everything. I had to organize finances and utilities, of course, but he handled all the other details. He sent me long emails about what the process would look like, what to do in what order, and guided me along. The answer to any question I had along any part of the process was only a text message away. Ryan was always responsive and detailed in helping me.Id recommend him to anyone buying their first home or their tenth.
