Working with Bijan has been an absolute pleasure. My family has worked with our fair share of realtors and Bijan is one of the best. You can count on him to be reliable, communicative, punctual, and honest. We went a few different directions with what we were looking for and Bijan just rolled with it and was there for every step. We really appreciated how willing he is to dig deeper to find answers to our questions and to give us time and space to explore the homes. He's laid back and very personable. Would definitely recommend him!

I honestly never imagined I'd be able to buy a home, but Kristi Robles made it possible. From day one, she believed in me and never gave up, even when I had doubts myself. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and guided me through every step of the process. This home means everything to me and my daughters. Being able to give them a place to call our own is something I will always be grateful for. Kristi truly cared about finding the right home for our family, and I never felt like just another client. If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely cares about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, I highly recommend Kristi Robles. Thank you for making what I thought was impossible become a reality! Felipe Castro

Ive had the pleasure of working with Bijan on several transactions, and he is always professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. His extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding properties is a valuable asset to his clients and everyone involved in the transaction. Bijan stays on top of every detail and does an excellent job keeping things moving forward to help ensure a smooth and successful closing. His dedication, communication, and commitment to his clients truly stand out. I highly recommend Bijan to anyone looking to buy or sell. He is an excellent agent who genuinely cares about providing his clients with the best possible experience.

If you are looking for an agent who is as sharp and methodical as they come, Bijan is the person you want in your corner. He was an absolute anchor for us throughout the sale of our home. From day one, his attention to detail was unmatchedaEUR"he made sure every step, contract, and timeline was completely transparent so we always felt confident in what was happening. What really sets Bijan apart is his ability to execute. Selling a high-end property with complex escrow logistics can get chaotic, but Bijan stayed completely composed and kept everything running on rails. Thanks to his strategy and execution, we didn't just set a record comp for our neighborhoodaEUR"we completely blew the next highest comp out of the water. He is thorough, steady, and truly gets results that most agents simply can't deliver. I couldn't recommend him highly enough if you want someone who will protect your interests and get you top dollar.

Hailey was amazing to work with from start to finish. Shes knowledgeable, responsive, and really knows the Corona area. She made the whole process easy to understand, stayed on top of everything, and always made herself available when we had questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. Id absolutely recommend Hailey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
