She even negotiated an extra $5K when we were ready to settle for less! She was always available and she knows the ends and outs of the transaction. She helped us stage the house and we were able to close on a 17 day escrow. Buy Side - Winter showed us many homes in a variety of locations, even those WAAAY off the beaten path. She was always flexible and willing to show us homes. She offered great advice and her opinions on the houses she showed. She definitely earned our business. I highly recommend Winter. She got to know us during that viewing and offered to set us up with an MLS service to get us more homes to view, which was much appreciated. During our time with Winter as our agent, she was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. She did a great job of keeping us in the loop once we entered the escrow process on our new home.
