Although he discounts his commission by 50% of what other realtors charge, he provides 110% service from start to finish. We dont even know how we could have sold our home on our own because there was so much more to the process than we realized. If youre thinking of selling by owner, we recommend interviewing Brandon first. If youre thinking about selling period, we recommend interviewing Brandon first. He is a great negotiator and someone you definitely want working for you.

He is the epitome of PROACTIVE, he doesn't just show you houses, he looks them up before you even walk in, he was able to tell us permitted, and non permitted add-ons, bathrooms etc.He knows his territory perfectly and keeps buyers from buying in less "desirable" areas to help maximize their investment. A short discussion about my previous home shopping and what I thought to be my only loan options (limited and inaccurate), led me to confirm I was not crazy that it had been like pulling teeth to get information from my previous agent and his broker which I was no longer working with. It was like a huge burden was lifted, and now I'm in the perfect home for me. I chose Brandon to represent me because both he and his broker. Sonya Stepanyan, were knowledgeable, worked on items immediately, and were patient to provide me with all my options throughout the process. Although the seller's agent was somewhat slow to respond during escrow and had unrealistic expectations (who knows what he was telling the owner), Brandon navigated his obstacle course and shielded me while giving me info so I could make well-informed decisions I was comfortable with. I will always be grateful to them both for putting me in the home that is perfect for me. He showed me the home on 5/27, we opened escrow on 5/31, closed 7/16, I allowed a rent back until I moved in on 8/12 and I'm still unpacking, but in Heaven doing it! As I write this, I am sitting at my home office desk looking outside my window where there are lush greenery and birds chirping at the bird feeder all day. He sold one of our rental properties fast and painless, getting nearly full price all the while helping with the relocation of our tenants. Next they sold our primary residence just in time for us to move out of the country. They worked extremely hard, even staging our home personally and made every effort to stave off unreasonable greedy buying agent requests. After they sold our home, we recommended them to my in-laws and Brandon and Berta sold 2 of their properties as well.
