When the home we viewed was just not the right fit, he would keep our spirits up by saying ?We will find you the right one?. Marlene also was amazing, she kept on top of our offers and submitted any changes on time and with no hesitation. When I met with Richard, he was easy to talk to and very helpful when it came to determining a strategy and asking price. The pricing part was tough since there weren?t any recent comps in the area. Once we had an asking price and timeframe, Richard and the team at Active Realty helped me stage the house, took great photos, and made a wonderful walkthrough video. At the open house, Richard walked over 30 groups of people through my house, and we had several offers within a few days. Once again, Richard and the team were great about reviewing the offers with me and helping me choose the perfect buyers. As a result, I was able to sell the house for more than the asking price! I highly recommend Richard and the team at the Active Realty. They offer a very personalized service and help take a lot of stress out of the process of selling a home.
