Living in Tustin is synonymous with enjoying everything OC. Close to everything, yet still a suburban feel. Easy to get where you need to go, or stay put with great shopping, schools, medical needs, and entertainment. Hills for hiking and biking, afternoon coastal breezes, golfing, and abundant parks and recreational activities create a comfortable and active living atmosphere. Tustin isn't small, yet lives like a small town; chili cookoffs, an annual carnival and city parade, concerts and movies in the park, it has the vibrancy of a small town, yet is diverse in what all it affords residents and visitors alike. From apartments to multi-million dollar estates, it provides housing options and opportunities for all. It's for good reason that Fortune Magazine ranks Tustin in its top 25 places to live in the United States (I'll give you a hint, it's #12)

About these neighborhood estimates

Prices and counts describe active listings returned by the provider, excluding coming-soon and nearby search results. They are asking prices, not sold prices, and may not include every home for sale.

Nearby-school grades are FastExpert estimates from the average available ratings of unique public schools returned for sampled neighborhood properties. A: 8–10; B: 6–under 8; C: 4–under 6; D: 2–under 4; F: 1–under 2. Unrated schools are excluded. Nearby schools may not be assigned to a specific address.
