I love Delray! One of my favorite cities in SE Florida! They've made Delray a city that you don't even need to drive much. They have free door to destination golf cart and shuttle service, direct from a phone app. They've developed one of the nicest and most populated strips, Atlantic Avenue, in the area with just about every movie theater, bar, restaurant and beach within walking distance of your home or BNB. Top BNB's in the area as well! Just a really fun place to stay, but more so to own. Values are constantly on the rise and with development of the area, that will continue. I love Delray!
