He attended Florida Atlantic University where he received his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in computer science and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Hilda's 10 years of experience as a real estate paralegal for one of the top real estate attorneys in Wellington, Florida brings real estate legal experience to the team that many sellers desire.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Hire a top local real estate team that mass markets to buyer nationally and internationally.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with every type of client and love servicing all of our families. We have sold homes as low as $50,000 and as high as $3.8M.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Many of our recent transactions we have been able to market to so many buyers and generate multiple offers and create a bidding war for our sellers to get them top dollar for their home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started flipping real estate in 2004. Many of my friends and family started asking me for help with buying and selling their homes then started referring may of their family and friends. I fell in love with helping people navigate through the larger purchase/sale of their lives. I love marketing and negotiating the sale of real estate at the highest level.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a life long learner and love to grow. I continue to broaden my knowledge of the real estate market and how to best market my seller's homes to get them the most money possible.
